My name is Petra. I am a self-taught dressmaker on a mission to make the world of sewing more accessible, enjoyable, modern and creative for everyone.

My journey with sewing started a few years back. I was trying to pick up a new hobby, and because I really enjoy handmade crafts, creativity, sustainability, and design, I was sensing that sewing could be a perfect match. It was quite difficult for me to find patterns that I would actually like. I found the available material uninspiring and instructions difficult to follow. Instead of giving up, I started creating my own designs and patterns. And what started as a solution to my own frustrations quickly turned into a source of joy and fulfillment.

Now, I am excited to share my passion with you all. Through my platform, I’ll be offering beginner friendly patterns alongside video tutorials, guiding you through each step of the sewing process.

While sewing isn’t my full time gig, it’s a huge part of my life. I pour my heart and soul into every design and I hope we can learn, create and grow together.
